[GreenKeys] M28ASR perf question

Eugene,
If you are trying to punch a tape from the keyboard while the reperf is in
the loop you will always run into problems. The keyboard punches directly
to the punch mechanism through a mechanical linkage. The reperf uses a
selector mechanism which operates separately from the keyboard mechanical
punch linkage. So if the reperf is in the loop when you are trying to punch
a tape from the keyboard, both mechanisms are trying to punch the tape, and
confusion results. This gave me fits trying to understand this when I was
restoring my M28ASR.
