[GreenKeys] RTTY over VOIP test

Steve,

That got the wheels turning...  I've created a test file using my homebrew
software and a Dovetron TU using the standard 2125/2295 freqs and Audacity.
Dial (209) 319-0201 to give it a try.

I'm starting to put the pieces together for a "Baudot Bare Bones Bulletin
Board System (BBBBBS)". More to come on this.
