   On 3590 at my QTH I'm right on top of a periodic digital mode 
'beacon' or 'announcement' of some type. Seems to employ several modes 
in sequence.

Operator: " Is the frequency in use?"

Computer: "Whuuut?"


Maybe 3580 is mo bettah.


80 M Band plan, according to the ARRL (who oughta know) is 3570 -> 3600 
RTTY/Data.
