[GreenKeys] What is going on here?

I think I did find the "Mystery control panel FYI" even blurry It looks
more like this one and
this photo is of an FAA machine.
Western Union did provide service for some FAA flight information.
WU had computer translation specifically for the FAA "A service",  The FAA
"A service" is
NOTAMS (Notice to Airmen) and Weather. They later on also did it for the "B
service" which is
Flight Plans and Route Data.
That was all to facilitate the very Sloooooooow conversion from Teletype to
Computer.
They started converting in the mid 80's and finished in the mid/late 90's.
