Some mailers don't allow echoed messages back to the poster - I don't
receive messages I post to greenkeys from my gmail account. It is Gmail's
fault - a very stupid policy IMHO
.
I set my greenkeys account to acknowledge posts because Gmail will let the
acknowledgement (but not the original) come back to me. So I know that
something made it.

And you can always check the archives to see if you had success.
