[GreenKeys] low Voltage Loop Supply

If you are running at 60wpm  and only a few feet (not miles) of wire 
between the converter & the TTY, you may be able to get a way with 24vdc 
on the selector magnets.  Just lower the series resistor to get 60 ma 
and try it.
These machines were originally designed for wireline service up to 25 
miles. For a short run of a few feet you may be able to get away with a 
24VDC supply.
