[GreenKeys] Teletype 6-40 screws & nuts

Mcmaster has a pretty good selection of threaded fasteners except I think
they would call those UNF instead of ANF (where "U" = "Unified"). Only
drawback will be that the minimum order will in that size probably be a box
of 100. If you only need one or two, try Ace Hardware first. And don't
complain about their unit price if they have it.

Teletypes are almost entirely American National Fine Thread.
Here's a table of ANF screws:

No problem getting them online. I've used some from Brownells:

https://www.brownells.com/gunsmith-tools-supplies/small-hardware/metal-screw
s/long-6-48-8-40-screws-prod19929.aspx

You can cut them to length, then file the end to clean up after
cutting.

Teletype used a slightly different screw head design - shallower
but wider slot. This is mostly a cosmetic issue.

I've had to thread custom bolts to put a Model 15 base on
shock mounts.
