A model 19 is actually a model 15 with other stuff mounted on a table. If you just got the TTY itself, that is a 15.
If you look at the 19 curious marc restored, notice it has a table with it.

The keyboard surround was shattered and the keyboard itself was all bent up. Except for the A key, all of the key tops survived, at least. After some somewhat unpleasant back-and-forth with the seller, it seems my shipping will be refunded, so I will have only paid $20 for the thing. But now the question becomes: what do I do with it?

Then the question becomes: does anyone have any of the parts I need? :). (If not, then I guess I have spare parts for my 15, and a cover for a 19 I will hope to someday acquire!)
