[GreenKeys] Teletype sightings

Back in the day if you didn't have the loot for a proper printer you
used a teletype as a printer so the code to send baudot (Either ITA2
or USTTY) out to the printer via the computer is quite prevalent there
was no intermediary translation device.
Heck even the RS-232 interface on my original IBM 5150 can support a
current loop and directly output 5N1.5.
