I don’t think they do two way RTTY/RATT.  I believe the messages out will be sent via RATT at 850hz (I can’t remember from last year of its 60 or 100wpm). 

NEPM on the list is the battleship Iowa and they will be broadcasting the SecDef message via RATT.
