[GreenKeys] re-inking ribbbons

Model 15 Teletypes use standard Remington typewriter ribbons, which
are still available. 2" spools, 1/2" ribbon, rivets for ribbon reverse.
Many typewriters used that form.

NuKote B76 will work. I use those. C-20 ribbons will work.

Teletype paper rolls are becoming harder to get, though, since
PM Perfection stopped making them.
