[GreenKeys] USB to TTY (model15) interface

This is the serial port that I have installed in my PC.  I haven't tried it
at 45 bps but I think it will work.

Alternatively, an Arduino can take in ASCII serial over the USB port (at
1200 and up) and output it as Baudot at 60/66/74/100 WPM via TTL or AFSK.
