[GreenKeys] Model 33 parts

I have a blackbox 20ma current loop adapter. I picked it up for my 33, and
did not end up needing it. I assume 60ma current loop for my 14 would make
the adapter unhappy.

I have some relays and an arduino I can press into service, let me take a
look...
