[GreenKeys] LPR35 BRP code bars?

[John, W9DDD]

We can see the parts that have the gray insulators on them aren't moving 
so I don't think you'd be printing the proper characters either.  If you 
had a tape, would it punch feed holes?  I forget, did this have feed out 
blanks or LTRS for the feature for spitting out tape.  It could be 
forcing blanks? At least it doesn't look like any of the punch pins are 
moving (although I think I could see motion of the feed hole pin?)
