If I remember correctly the connection is that when Datapoint was
booming its plant was on a street named Datapoint Drive.  And the
taqueria restaurant started up on that street near the Datapoint
plant.  Then they opened several more locations.  If you look them up
on the web the current locations are shown.

When Seagate was operating out of Scotts Valley, CA they got their
street named Disc Drive.  And there is Victor Square there named for
the maker of Victor computers.  Victor made a highly-regarded 16 bit
PC for the business world, but unfortunately it was not compatible with
the IBM PC and thus faded away.
