[GreenKeys] FCC substitutes bandwidth limit for baud rate limit on HF

    These days broadcast stations (AM) seem to cut off at 5Khz. In the 
old days transmitters were typically flat to 10Khz and cut off around 
12Khz. I am partially deaf and can't hear the difference any more but 
its probably audible. AM broadcasters seem to have tried to kill their 
business in any way they could. OT here.
