[GreenKeys] Teletype Model 15 Ribbon Oscillator Adjustment

I'm finding that the ribbon oscillator is not lifting the ribbon far
enough so FIGS are not being printed. Looking at Ribbon Oscillator Lever

I'm having trouble figuring out where this adjustment is. Since they have
you type a FIGS character to make sure the ribbon goes high enough, I'm
hoping the adjustment is accessible with the carriage in place. But, I
can't find it. Any clues as to where this adjustment is, and how to reach
it, would be great!
