[GreenKeys] Next problem

Having solved the CR problem, next one appears.

Sending a test (fox and ry) file through the Volpe board I get perfect 
print at 100 speed.  Again through the Volpe board but from the computer 
keyboard I get random extra characters.  Not really random, it's a 
repeat of the last keypress.  The line was in constant mark, so the 
selector wasn't tripping.  It was just printing what was still set up in 
the code bars. It's like something is tripping the typebox clutch, or it 
isn't getting stopped after the first character it's supposed to print.

I'll be off studying the adjustments section for typebox clutch.
