[GreenKeys] Mod 28 KSR keyboard problem

Bob, look at the bit bars inside the unit if you can see them. Type
"RRYRYRY" on the keyboard, and you should see alternating bit bars being
set (so 1-3-5, and then 2-4). If one is "stuck" it'll cause what you're
seeing. When I worked on the ASR at the ship, I found the bar closest to me
was gummed up on a piece it was very close to and not moving. A little oil
loosened it up.
