[GreenKeys] ID’ing a teleprinter manufacturer

Hi all,

I recently stumbled upon an ad for a machine, probably not a Teletype but
one I’m curious to determine. I’ll definitely look for badging if I head
out to see it. But from this image, is it possible to tell in spite of what
looks like a likely repaint and maybe even makeshift casing?
