[GreenKeys] New York Times AFSK Feed Updated

I don't think the 100 WPM feed is working right. I use FLDIGI running on a
Pi 3B for decode.
The 60 WPM feed works great. For some reason I get slow print on the 100
WPM feed, and
it's gibberish. Don't know why.
