Our local power company requires large customers to maintain a power
factor of 0.95 or higher or they charge extra as explained at
https://docs.tep.com/wp-content/uploads/301-TILPST.pdf#page=2 .

This is for electricity delivered as 3 phase at 13.8 kV or higher. Perfect
for my HF amplifier!
