[GreenKeys] Raspberry Pi loop interface

A while back someone mentioned making an interface between a Pi and a 60 
mA loop. I don't recall any details being discussed at the time.

Questions

1. What I/O pins on the 40 header did you use?

2. Were you able to use any of the internal UARTs or did you do bit banging?

I ran into problems with an Arduino with it not being able to run the 
UART slow enough and I don't recall if that's a problem with the Pi.


I'm finally making a transition from an old program that originally ran 
on DOS (and eventually Windows) to KiCAD and decide this would be a 
simple enough project ro practice with.
