[GreenKeys] UGC-20 Refurb

Just competed the cosmetic refurb of a UGC-20 (minus the glass that I still have to get)

Painted in Rustoleum light Machine Gray Enamel after 2 coats of primer with some sanding in between.  I replaced the teletype logo on the front that ended up being painted over with a water slide decal printed on my laser printer.
