As old as that motor is it would not surprise me if it did have some leakage
in the windings.   Check it with an ohm meter and see what the resistance
from the windings to the frame is.

The motor on the Model 15 I am restoring trips the Ground Fault
breaker even after replacing the filter capacitors, so I am looking
sadly to replace it. Would a member know where the specs for this 1/25
