[GreenKeys] M15 printing gibberish

GKs,
  At this point the machine is just printing gibberish.It's a read only machine, no keyboard so troubleshooting is limitedto ITTY feeds or manipulating the selector by hand.I thought maybe I needed to adjust the range finder but no luck with that so far.I guess the TU170 could be putting out gibberish?
