[GreenKeys] UGC-136 ASCII print

So, it DOES do lower case. But, I see there are no descenders on lower
case characters, which is pretty much not possible with a 7x9 matrix. But
I'm reading the Teletype 43 used a 5x7 print head, and it had nice
descenders as shown on the attached.
