[GreenKeys] UGC-136BX manual now on line

No baud conversion needed! It has 45 baud!
I can't see it in the auction photos and the AX version I've had for
several years only goes down to 50 baud.
But this BX version does indeed handle 45 baud. Thanks to Francesco for
pointing that out after he opened his box.
