[GreenKeys] FSK Audio files for Test and Evaluation

On weather report and other feeds, I think it would be great if the form
used GET parameters instead of POST so people could then bookmark the
audio. For example, there could be a URL with the query string for the
weather here in Tucson. If I want the Tucson weather, I just go to that
bookmark and not have to fill out a form again.
