[GreenKeys] Model 15 Governed motor, tuning fork.

Does the line frequency make any difference? We are going for the same RPM
no matter what the line frequency. So, I suspect the same tuning fork
would be used anywhere (for the same bit rate).

Most of my stuff has synchronous motors, but one is governed, but I have
not had to touch it.
