[GreenKeys] Replace or Rewind Pulling magnets for TT Model15

Personally, I'd start the process of dissecting the bad coil, looking for corroded connections, etc., & unwinding turn by turn to see if the problem doesn't lie too deep in the windings. You may be fortunate & be able to repair it.
