[GreenKeys] Pneumatics and teletypes

I recall at Edwards AFB circa 1962 there was a pneumatic tube between
the communications building, where all the Teletypes and crypto gear
were located, and the adjutant's office in the headquarters building.
When a classified message was being sent through the tube there had to
be a person at each end talking on a telephone watching to report the 
message carrier entering the tube and arriving at the other end.  The
two buildings were separated by a parking lot.
