[GreenKeys] 750 wpm Teletype in 1956 - AN/FGC-36

A 750 wpm M28 in 1956 - wow!

The original AN/UGC-74 (non -A) designed by Kleinschmidt had a similar 
printing system, but could only do 100 wpm in Baudot and 150 wpm in 
ASCII.  The AN/FGC-80 probably had similar printing mechanism, but only 
did 214 wpm in Baudot.

The Space Shuttle printer (see Curious Mark's YouTube videos) also had 
the rotating drums and looked like it could have been derived from the 
AN/UGC-74, but don't know what speed it operated at.
