[GreenKeys] M 28 line feed issue

Sounds as if you may have a stunt box issue related to the line feed function bar. It may be hung up or damaged. Also, check to make sure that the stunt box is tightened.
Next comes the line feed clutch which may need to be adjusted or possibly repaired..
