Yeah, while the punch sits there, it draws nothing (so as long as the 14TD isn’t powered on alongside it… usually the two are tied to the same power source)… but when a punch occurs, the amperage very quickly and briefly spikes up to around 1A. Type as fast as ‘punchingly' possible and you can imagine how many spikes can be had within a short period of time.

I need to find my Model 15 and measure the coil resistance.
