Not RS232, but the circuit at https://w6iwi.org/rtty/tu300/LoopDriver/
could be adapted to RS232 pretty easily, at least as far as keying the
loop (a negative supply would be needed to drive the computer, though most
RS232 receivers, like the MC1489 just have an NPN transistor input, so a
unipolar signal would probably work. With the above circuit, the SSR LED
could be driven directly by the RS232 with a series resistor. I have bare
PCBs available to anyone who wants one.
