[ICOM] Icom 736 internal power supply

I am looking to fix or buy the internal power supply for my Icom 736. This 
is a power supply made by Rubycon for the Icom 736. Mine won't fire up. I 
have done alot of verification of components and many appear to be good. I 
have replaced the opto-couplers and 2 IC's in the supply. Has anyone had any 
luck fixing oe of these switcher supplies? I do have the 28 volts 
disconnected from the finals upon power-up incase the finals are shorted but 
they are not. Any info would be appreciated. 73, Harold
