[ICOM] PRO III

This is what I've been using with my Pro II and Alpha 78 for some time.  I built
it in a small plastic project box and had it working in about an hour.    Note
that you will want the positive voltage version for your Alpha 76.  Further
note that if you can't get the TIP-32, the TIP-34 works just as well and is
good for 70 volts as opposed to 40 volts.  Likewise, if you can't find the TIP
series, you can use the NTE197.
