[ICOM] Replacing S0239 on IC-706mIIg

Has any had to replace the S0239 HF connector on a  IC-706mIIg?
   
  Is it a matter of just removing the board located under the top cover to get to the conncector ?? 
   
  First time I have ever had one to go bad with the dielectric
