[Johnson] Viking II Dropping Resistor Fix

Here's an old kink that I used recently, that set off the whole chain of
events culminating in my banging my head against the wall with all of my
Viking II C-C audio travails...!

Specifically, if your 20K 50-watt dropping resistor has opened up (the
one to pre-set your modulator cathode resting current---R115 in the
Viking II C- C model) you can readily "bridge" the break in the
resistance wire with a second slider & a small piece of copper. I did
just that with mine, & it did the job---and now that the audio
has tamed in my rig, I'll (hopefully!) be able to execute a life-cycle
test on the effectiveness of this fix...

I was inspired to try this after having seen what these resistors sell
for on eBay...I just KNEW there was a better (a.k.a. "cheaper") way...!
