One thing to keep in mind :
This very good article had mainly to do with Very low frequencies
thanks for the reprint
IMHO the difference between 136 and 183 could be like
80 and 40 meter. Sky wave probably has more of an impact
to the signal at the higher frequencies. Hope the FCC gives
a chance to find out,,,,, someday
