I have decided to go with a 1/4 wavelength vertical antenna elevated above
ground, due to snow, with 1/4 wavelength radials for a ground plane.  The
transmitter will be at the base of the whip, center of the radials and solar
powered.  I will start with a CWID, call undetermined at this time.
