[Lowfer] another curious signal

This signal is a bit like KFI but much stranger in one respect. It does not
appear to be associated with a broadcast station as it does not seem to have
a carrier, only sidebands. It is centered on 900 KHz (maybe a half Hertz
low). It appears to be groundwave to southern Oregon. It has mirror image
modulation about 6.5 to 7 Hz either side of 900 but no carrier in the
center. The carriers in these screenshots are not in the exact center of the
two signals. Conceiveably it could be a broadcast signal with two(!)
carriers without sounding too horrible but I doubt it. It looks to me like
PSK. I have considered something here in the shack making it but I doubt it
after running a few tests and considering that it appears to have
intelligence on it (unlike anything local). Help me figure this out.
