I agree. It also has the advantage of speeding up the ID for call signs with
a lot of dashes. RY, having four of them, does send more quickly. You have
to pick a shift that allows the eye to combine them into one character, and
I've seen DFCW that was a little wide for my taste..
RY has about a month to go for this season, and it will be back in May.
