I believe it is West Mountain radio that makes an excellent little 20M (and 80M) PSK transceiver- under $100 as I recall. The little I have played with PSK31 on 20M, I was very impressed with its weak signal capabilit- solid copy on signals I was barely hearing, and could not have QSOed on CW.
Conditions lately have been so good that GA RY and UWL are plenty strong enough to work regular speed CW QSO's with.
