Wouldnt that be most likely caused by multi path
hmmm there are the odd effects of Long Delayed Echoes
which havent been reported and an area worth looking into

I believe these have been put in the dust bin of Urban legion

Those that have access to UHF or Microwave beacons watch those 
to see the effects of airplane and other reflection sources

most odd fer sure
