[Lowfer] Lost HiFER found!

I knew I'd lost a HiFer somewhere around here.
I had very hurriedly installed a HiFer in Northridge, CA last time I was
down there a few months ago but partly because of the hurry in building and
installing it I didn't record the frequency accurately. I think I have
finally found it at 13.562695 +/- 30 Hz hot/cold
It sends dashes continuously at about 1.7 per second . For that reason I am
naming it MOM (excuse the lack of spacing between elements), also because it
is set up at Mom's house.
