I realize thats the uhh advantage you northerners have
you are in the great circle.
We need to get some of the local listners on the air as to
have someone to look at on a regular basis. Me too HAR
I was using my big loop at ground level which is mounted over the radials
for the HF antennas
and I believe is probably picking up a bit of noise from them. The
problem at this location is a lack of
back yard space . Most of the property in on the front of the house and
the 160 L goes out in that direction.
However
with the VHF antennas lowered for maintenance and as a precaution from
the storm and the L on the ground I
will be on the Efield probe tonight . I made the realllly dumb mistake of
mounting the probr too close
to the L and it picks up crap from that. SO I will have another chance to
see if I see anything
under these Cdx and using the probe with the other antennas out of the
way
At around my dawn a began to see what I figure were Loran lines.
what is a strong freq with one and I will check to see if it is there
keep us posted on cdx tonight
