Eric, I would guess that your signal has already been to those places and
then some. But to be noticed I think you are wise to be in the middle of a
cluster of other signals as you are. Nobody has the time to sit on one 100
Hz ARGO page for only one possible signal.
I think some distinctiveness helps a lot too, as you said about the Epson
drift. If you were to QSY down 10 it wouldn't hurt though! Two signals can
cross each other, or whatever, visually with no problem but it makes
listening almost impossible.
I have seen your signal here with dogbones and even, apparently, keyclicks.
Can you hear them locally?
Does anyone know where any similar clustering of signals might occur in
Europe? Or are they even doing this?
If there was anything that I would like for Christmas from the feds it would
be to have them open up the 6780 ISM band to us.
