[Lowfer] XSR in MA

The signal at 1848.5 on the screen is the one I consider mysterious as it is
undulating. It probably is 185.2995 but could be 185.2985. Sometimes I will
set the SLM one Hz off so that it's internal on freq signal does not end up
in the center of the passband on the screen and get mistaken for a real
signal. If this doesn't make sense let me know and I'll try again
